Regional Sales Coordinator – French Speaking – DESENIO

Desenio is a Swedish company that offers a broad assortment of trendy prints and frames, with a focus on Scandinavian design. We are expanding rapidly, currently shipping to 30+ countries, and continue to expand worldwide. Our office is located on Södermalm, Stockholm.

As the team are growing, we are now looking for a full-time Regional Sales Coordinator who wants to kick start their career and learn through practical experience about social media and marketing in this entry level position within our marketing team.

In this role you report to our Team Lead Latin/Europe, who is a strong believer in teamwork and gathering everyone’s strengths in order to improve results while maintaining a fun and motivating work environment. She’s curious, structured and passionate about e-commerce and design and is looking forward to welcoming a new member to her team.


YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITES AND ASSIGNMENTS ARE

• Being responsible for influencer marketing activities in France
• Create and establish key relationships with partners
• Plan sales focused campaigns for influencers
• Coordinating and following up market initiatives
• Other marketing tasks related to your specific market



TO LIKE THIS JOB WE THINK YOU HAVE

• Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English (Swedish is not a requirement)
• Interest in social media, e-commerce and interios design
• A good sense of detail
• Knowledge on the ins and outs of influencer marketing in France
• The ability to make quick decisions

We are now looking for a Danish Customer Service Agent to be a part of our Customer Service team. A young team who always work together to ensure our customers receive the best customer experience possible.

As a Customer Service Agent you report to our Head of Customer Service, whose mission is to offer our customers a world-class shopping experience. Her strong belief is that the best results derives from collaboration, taking responsibility and being prestigeless.


YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE

• Providing excellent service to the customers in our channels telephone, email and social media
• Help our customers by answering questions and solving their problem. Common errands may include solving issues related to shipments, payments or our products.
• Be the link between our customers and the rest of the company regarding feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.


TO LIKE THIS JOB WE THINK YOU ARE

• Excellent in writing and communicating in Danish and English, to be able to assist our customers in their local languages

YOUR MAIN JOB ASSIGNMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE TO

• Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
• Organise and maintain the daily plan to ensure that the team’s workload is optimized within the team
• Answer team member questions, help with team member problems, and oversee team member’s work for quality and guideline compliance
• Always strive to maintain a good team spirit, e.g. by arranging team exercises
• Have development dialogues and salary talks with team members
• Help our customers by answering questions and solving their problem. Common errands may include solving issues related to shipments, payments or our products.
• Be the link between our customers and the rest of the company regarding feedback and continuous improvement suggestions.


TO LIKE THIS JOB WE THINK YOU

• Have at least 3 years experience from working in a service-oriented environment
• Have excellent writing and communicating in English, to be able to assist our agents with different nationalities.


IT’S A PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE

• The ability to speak additional languages
• Experience in providing customer service by telephone, email or social media
• Experience of having staff responsibility
